Huawei shifts focus on Europe for manufacturing bases

Abraham Liu, a top executive from Huawei has revealed the Chinese tech giant is looking to set up a number of manufacturing hubs in different parts of Europe. The decision is believed to be in response to the increased US pressure on European Union nations to ban the Chinese firm. Meanwhile, the EU recently urged its members to block telecom operators considered a security risk for key parts of the 5G scenario.
