Govt introduced new national policy on software products

Domestic software industry is growing rapidly and to add a big boost to that the Union Cabinet has approved to add national policy on the software products. The objective of this policy is to promote the software product industry towards a 10-fold increase in India's share in the global software products market in coming few years. There will be another programme to promote R&D and innovation for developing new products.
