Australia's federal court has said that Alphabet Incorporation's Google misled its consumers about personal location data collected through Android mobile devices. Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said while referring to the court's findings that the tech giant lied that it could only collect information from the location history setting on user devices between January 2017 and December 2018.
