Google misleads users, sued by Australian watchdog company

Google continues to be in trouble as it faces legal issues in the area of user privacy. Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) alleged Google and described it as false or misleading representations to consumers about the personal location data. Even after disabling the option it does not disable the collection of all location data. Proceedings are carried out in federal court in New South Wales.
