Google Messages app deleting texts for some users

Google Messages app is now the most preferred texting app for many people but it seems there’s a serious bug many users are reporting. Some users found their text messages getting disappeared with no explanation. There are also glitch texts, messages from some contacts labeled incorrectly showing from another contact. The app is also crashing before losing all text messages. Pixel 3 users faced similar issue in 2018.
