The security researchers at Google have found proof of sustained efforts to hack iPhones over a lasting period. They have found booby-trapped websites and the details of the attack in a series of technical posts. It is mentioned that there was no target discrimination, and simply visiting these sites were enough for the server to attack your device. A monitoring implant was installed secretly in case of a successful hack.
