Now you don't need to be an artist to make a great art. The Google Arts & Culture app will transform your simple snapshots into masterpieces. To start with, first open the iOS or Android application's camera and then select Art Transfer. After uploading a photo, choose from a number of styles to modify your image into art pieces. Transform the whole picture, or use the scissors tool to for a specific part to filter.
