Google acquires VMWare specialized firm CloudSimple

Tech-giant Google has acquired CloudSimple, a leading provider of secure, high performance, dedicated environments to run VMware workloads in the Cloud, for an undisclosed sum to help customers seamlessly migrate to the Cloud. The customers can now migrate their VMware workloads from on-premises data centers directly into Google Cloud VMware Solution by CloudSimple. Santa Clara-based CloudSimple can run a variety of workloads.
