Social media giant Facebook has once again found themselves in trouble as US regulators have placed a $5 Billion penalty to settle a probe into the social network's privacy and data protection lapses. It is learnt that the Federal Trade Commission approved the settlement in a 3-2 vote and it would be the largest penalty imposed over privacy violations, but it still needs to be approved from the Justice Department.
