According to a report, Facebook is planning to rebrand itself with a new name next week with the focus entirely on building metaverse. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is expected to discuss the name change at the company’s annual Connect conference on October 28. Zuckerberg has highlighted the importance of Metaverse for Facebook's future on several occasions. He referred to Metaverse as "the ultimate expression of social technology."
