Wipro, India's fourth-biggest IT exporter on Friday announced appointment of Thierry Delaporte, former chief operating officer (COO) of Capgemini Group, as its new managing director and chief executive office (MD & CEO) with effect from July 6, 2020. Rishad Premji, Chairman, Wipro Limited said, "l am delighted to welcome Thierry as CEO and Managing Director of the company. Thierry has an exceptional leadership track record."
