YouTube announced on Wednesday that it has deleted videos of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro's channel for promoting disinformation about the coronavirus epidemic, becoming the latest internet company to backtrack on his pandemic declarations. In a press release, YouTube stated that the decision was made "after thorough deliberation" and without regard for Bolsonaro's employment or political views.
