Boeing CEO: Pilots didn't completely follow procedures in 737 Max crashes

Boeing CEO said the safety systems on its 737 Max jets were designed properly, but the pilots didn't completely follow the procedures that the company had outlined to prevent the kind of malfunction that caused the 2 fatal crashes within a span of 5 months. He added that Boeing couldn't find any technical gap in building its MCAS software & that it met Boeing's design & safety criteria, adhered to certification protocols.
