BMW joins hands with Daimler on automated driving technology

1,200 developers of BMW and Daimler are teaming up to develop advanced automated driving technology. The strategic partnership will work on the assisted driving system and fully automated driving tech on highways and in automated parking. On the other hand, 2 of Europe's biggest car makers, Volkswagen and Ford are also at the final stage of forming a strategic partnership to develop self-driving cars and electric cars.
