Average Indian spends 1800 hours per year on their smartphone: survey

A survey by VIVO & CMR shows that an average Indian spends one-third of their waking hours on their phones that is 1800 hours per year. The study was conducted across the top 8 cities in India and aimed at understanding how mobile phones alter the lives of users. There were 36 % of females & 64% were males in the survey. The study found that 3 out of 5 people say it's important to have a life without the phones.
