Astronomers have discovered an ancient star hiding in the Milky Way that's nearly as old as the Universe, that probably belongs to the 2nd generation of stars after the Universe burst into existence 13.8 billion years ago. This incredible star has iron levels 1.5 million times lower than that of the Sun, which is like 1 drop of water in an Olympic swimming pool.
