Multiple surveys this week have found that WhatsApp is losing the trust of its users in India. Mark Zuckerberg once again clarified that the privacy policy update does not disrupt encryption of private chats. All of these messages are end-to-end encrypted, which means we can’t see or hear what you say, and we never will unless the person you messaged chooses to share it, Zukerberg said.
