Apple to move 30% of AirPods production to Vietnam

Apple is reportedly planning to shift some of its AirPods production to Vietnam starting this quarter. Near about 30%, three to four million, of the tech giant’s classic AirPods will now be built in Vietnam instead of China, amid the continued trade war between US and China. The move clearly shows the diversification plan of Apple’s supply chain which started last year due to the complexities of the trade war.
