According to the reports, Apple acquired Spain-based Artificial Intelligence video startup Vilynx for nearly $50 million earlier this year. The firm may use Vilynx's technology to improve several apps including SIRI, search and Photos. The software by Vilynx leverages computer vision to analyze a video's visual, text, and audio content with the goal of "understanding" what's in the video. This helps in organizing the data.
