AI will not substitute judges in human decision-making in Courts as declared by Sharad Bobde, Chief Justice of India. This was sought to post the concern of former CJI R M Lodha regarding the use of AI. Justice Lodha declared that it might be good but can have negative implications too. He further added that the pros and cons must be carefully weighed before the execution of new norms as decision making is a vital trait of man.
