Popular 15 seconds video app TikTok has been accused of illegally harvesting a vast amount of sensitive user data and sending it to China. A lawsuit has been filed against TikTok in California. It claimed that TikTok “lighthearted” fun is costing heavily for the users without their realization. There has been growing security concern surrounding TikTok which has exceeded 1.5 billion downloads worldwide in November.
