5G rollout to be accelerated in India as Airtel partners with Intel

vRAN/O-RAN technologies are being used by Bharti Airtel and Intel to construct 5G networks. Airtel's 5G plan for India includes this partnership as it changes its networks to make use of the full potential of the hyperconnected world, where 5G speeds are becoming commonplace. Airtel was the first telecom provider in India to demonstrate 5G on a live network, and it is currently undertaking 5G trials in several major cities.
