Elevation Capital and Matrix Partners India have co-led a $3 Mn seed funding round in SuperOps.ai, a professional services automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (PMM) company that has formally launched its beta platform today. Kayako’s founder Varun Shoor, Kovai.co’s founder Saravana Kumar, Posist’s cofounder Ashish Tulsian, and Livspace’s founder Ramakant Sharma also participated in this seed round.
