Bengaluru-based startup investment platform LetsVenture has appointed Satheesh KV, former Flipkart Senior Director of HR, as an advisory board member and Chief Evangelist for its new business unit, MyStartupEquity. The new business unit will focus on employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) management and ESOP liquidity in Indian startups. Satheesh served at Flipkart for a period of 7 years and led the ESOP policy.
