PUBG developer Krafton invests Rs 164 Cr for 15% stake in Nodwin Gaming

Esports platform Nodwin Gaming has raised Rs 164 crore from Krafton, the developer of PUBG Mobile. This is the maiden investment by the South Korean firm in India. While Nodwin did not divulge the details of the transaction, the company’s regulatory filings show that Krafton has invested around Rs 110 crore to acquire a 10% stake in the Gurugram-based company.
