Mumbai-based personal care startup mCaffeine has raised over INR 22 Cr from multiple investors. mCaffeine has raised over INR 22 Cr by issuing Series B Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and equity shares to various investors. One of the investors in the current round is RP-SG Ventures, which had also invested $2 Mn in the company last year. Till date, mCaffeine has raised $2.8 Mn in three funding rounds.
