Indian startups like Flipkart and PayTM doesn’t offer the similar range of user ownership on data, compared to international policies. Most privacy policies are shorter in length and vague. Flipkart tracks users to find out which products they are interested in and share some user data with third parties. PayTM doesn’t share data with third parties, but they do not define ‘third parties’ clearly in the privacy policy.
