India, one of the top 10 countries for 'Talent Shortage'

After surveying approx 40,000 employers globally by the Manpower Group, it's confirmed that India has fallen in the category of top 10 most-affected markets which consist of 56% of their employees facing many difficulties in filling up the vacant job positions in companies. The remaining are making efforts to fill up the roles. Here, Japan holds the first place as 89% of employers are not able to fill up positions.
