Greytip Software Private Limited (GSPL) HR based startup related to Automation and Payroll Product has raised Rs 34.5 crore in a Series C funding round led by Info Edge. This Bengaluru's startup operates in 150 cities across India and the Middle East. Info Edge will have a 20.25% stake in Greytip on a fully converted and diluted basis. Some prominent customers of Greytip are Toshiba, Volvo, Dell, Swiggy and Instamojo.
