Delhi-based education loan startup Credenc raised $2.5 million funding

Credenc, a Delhi-based education loan startup has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round which was led by Omidyar Network India. It also witnessed participation from Better Capital, IIMK Alumni Fund and EMCV. Credenc to use the new funding into its operations. The company is planning to expand in 1,000 colleges in 50 cities across India. Founder Avinash Kumar added that they want to reach to the top 10,000 colleges.
