Bus aggregator Shuttl raises Rs 24 Crore more in Series C funding round

Shuttl has gained Rs 23.87 crore as part of the Series C funding round led by Japan-based Sojitz Corporation in which Compound Partners LLC also participated. After the funding, the firm is now valued at about Rs 1,523.2 crore. According to regulatory filings made by Shuttl, the firm issued 8075 Series C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to Compound Partners LLC and Sojitz Corporation at a price of Rs 29,574.25 per share.
