BlinC invest looks to back early stage edtech, Fintech startups with $13 Mn fund

Venture capital firm BlinC Invest announced the first close of its INR 100 Cr ($13 Mn) alternative investment fund (AIF) at INR 30 Cr ($4 Mn) to invest in 5-7 early-stage edtech and fintech startups. SEBI-registered Category-II AIF fund will invest in companies that have stable management teams, reasonable traction with market validation, huge market opportunity in India and potential to scale globally.
