Aussie beauty startup Glamazon acquired by Urban Company

Urban Company, the home service marketplace, that used to be known as Urban Clap, has acquired Australia based on-demand beauty startup Glamazon. Under Urban Company, Glamazon has rebranded itself as part of the transaction. Glamazon is a real-time booking platform for beauty services. Glamazon co-founder Lisa Maree will exit from the company and other founder Lauren Silvers will lead the services in Australia.
