Virat Kohli also known as "Chase Master" broke Sachin Tendulkar's record for the most runs scored in successful run-chases in ODI history thanks to his 85-run effort during the IND vs AUS ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match. Kohli now has chased down a total of 5,517 runs in ODIs. In the India vs Australia CWC 2023 match, the partnership of Kohli and KL Rahul (97*) led India easily to their target of 200.
