UEFA 2023 Champions League final to be hosted in Istanbul

Istanbul is going to host the 2023 Champions League final. The announcement was made by UEFA. The past two editions of the event that were scheduled to take place in the city, were relocated to Portugal due to COVID-19 issues. The final was initially scheduled to be played in Saint Petersburg but the Russian city will now stage next year's final. 2024 final will be played at the world-famous Wembley.
