20-year-old Shubman Gill scripted history as he led India C in Deodhar Trophy final against India B on Monday in Ranchi. Shubman is now the youngest-known captain to lead a team in the Deodhar Trophy final. The Punjab right-hander surpassed India captain Virat Kohli’s 10-year-old record. 21 years and 142 days old Kohli had skippered North Zone in Deodhar Trophy final in 2009-10.
