Russian athletes won’t be able to compete under their country’s flag at the Qatar world championships which starts later this month. The reason behind the unfortunate decision is the panel which is investigating the Russian doping in track and field will not be able to finish its proceedings in time. Another big event without the national flag or anthem is the latest embarrassment for the international sports power.
