Russia has been slapped with a 4-year ban from all major sporting events by World Anti-Doping Agency which means no Russia flag or anthem will be there at events including Tokyo 2020 Olympics and FIFA 2022 Qatar World Cup. Athletes who will be able to prove they are untainted by the doping scandal can compete under a neutral flag. Russia's Anti Doping Agency was earlier declared non-compliant for manipulating data.
