17 years since the 2003 ICC World Cup final against India, former Australia captain Ricky Ponting treated fans with photographs of the bat he used in that match. The throwback picture reminded us of the brutal attack Ponting launched on Indian bowlers. He struck a blistering 140 off 121 balls that day as the Aussies posted 359/2. In reply, India were bowled out for 234 as Australia were crowned world champions.
