Wayne Rooney alleged British government and football authorities have treated players like “guinea pigs” amid the coronavirus crisis. While European football shut down due to the global pandemic, Rooney isn’t happy to see it took so long for Premier League and Football League to postpone matches. It happened only after Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea’s winger Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive last week.
