This is the first time front-foot no-ball technology will be introduced in a major ICC tournament at the women’s T20 World Cup in Australia. Television umpire will keep an eye on the landing position of the bowler’s front foot after each ball and inform the on-field umpires in case of any oversteps. We have seen in the past Umpires have called back batsmen after TV replays revealed no balls but it will change now.
