Former Indian cricket captain MSDhoni seeks SC's intervention to get his money from the Amrapali group. He moved the SC seeking possession of a penthouse in an Amrapali project & to include his name in the list of creditors of the real estate company. The group had used his services for branding & marketing for 6 years. MSD was the company's brand ambassador & his wife was associated with the charitable wing.
