Pakistan’s Mohammad Hafeez has been banned from bowling in English county due to illegal bowling action yet again after an independent assessment. Hafeez’s elbow extension for his off-break exceeds the 15-degree tolerance limit for bowling actions. The off-spinner’s action was found illegal in a T20 game between his county side Middlesex and Somerset on August 30 after the on-field umpires reported his action.
