Despite cruising for major part of the game, Pakistan was handed a defeat due to the heroics of India’s prized possession Virat Kohli who scored an unbeaten 82 from 53 deliveries to take the Men in Blue home. Mohammad Nawaz tried to win it for Pakistan in any way possible but his efforts with the ball weren’t enough on the day and skipper Babar Azam was quick to address his teammates in the dressing room after the heartbreaking game.
