IPL likely to allow inter-team loans of capped players

For the first time, IPL 2020 will allow capped players to be loaned between teams in the midway. Last season, only uncapped players were allowed to be loaned as a 5-day trading window was opened after the halfway stage, but no teams used the window. Now, this season the transfer window will once again open, but for the capped players also. It would be a great opportunity for teams struggling with their balance.
