Sourav Ganguly who will officially take charge as BCCI president on October 23, has claimed the resumption of bilateral cricket ties with Pakistan can only happen if the Indian government gives permission. The former Team India captain said the decision will be taken by the prime ministers of the two countries: Narendra Modi and Imran Khan who Incidentally, is also the chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
