New Zealand are taking on England in the first semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2021. It was a length ball just outside off and Malan’s eyes lit after seeing the width. He executed a delightful cover drive and the ball was racing towards the deep extra cover boundary. In order to minimize the runs, Glenn Phillips sprinted to stop the ball but couldn’t do so. While the dasher couldn’t stop the ball, he could have hurt the Kiwi side more.
