World Anti-Doping Agency may bring in a new, game-changing dope test using genetic sequencing at next year’s Tokyo Olympics. The potential genetic sequencing test has been under research since 2006. The method has been created by Yannis Pitsiladis, a professor of sports science and genetics at the University of Brighton specifically detecting blood doping. It can become a single test to catch all forms of doping.
