Everton midfielder Andre Gomes will have to go through surgery after suffering a horrific ankle injury during Sunday's Premier League match against Tottenham which ended 1-1. A distressed Son Heung-min of Tottenham was sent off in the 79th minute for the brutal tackle on the Portuguese player. 26-year-old Gomes was rushed to a local hospital and later was diagnosed with a fracture-dislocation to his right ankle.
