Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju has donated his one month salary after Narendra Modi directed all BJP MPs to contribute Rs one crore from MPLAD funds in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic. He is also keeping in touch with District Administration and authorized nodal DC to use his MPLAD funds to purchase emergency medical kits to fight the virus outbreak. India is under a 21-day lockdown to contain the virus spread.
